Below is everything you need to know for Large Group Contest on Wednesday, March 23rd. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT AFTER SCHOOL TOMORROW, EVERYONE MUST MOVE INSTRUMENTS FROM STORAGE ROOM INTO THE UNIFORM STORAGE ROOM. This area will be where you put instruments during the day (you will NOT be able to access the band room as that is a center). You must also have your concert dress black clothes for the performances! CONCERT BAND 8:15AM - Report to first balcony to watch Pierre, Parkston and Chamberlain. Be dressed in your concert dress black clothes so you are ready to go. 9:30AM - Grab instruments and head to black box theatre 9:35AM - Warmup in black box 10:05AM - Performance on stage (comments after we are done on stage) 10:30AM - Put instruments away 10:45AM - Report to G2 (if you are not helping with the contest) JAZZ I 12:05PM (AFTER A LUNCH) - Dismissed from G3 (or you have an extended lunch) 12:25PM - Report to Band Uniform Storage Room to grab instruments 12:30PM - Warmup in show choir practice room 1:00PM - Performance in Show Choir Practice Room 1:25PM - Put away instruments in uniform storage room 1:40PM - Report to G4 WIND ENSEMBLE 2:15PM - Report to Uniform Storage Room and grab instruments 2:35PM - Warmup in black box 3:05PM - Performance on Stage (comments after we are done on stage) 3:30PM - Help tear down the stage and move stuff back to the band room If you are scheduled to work/help (you should have received an email AND a REMIND message if you are)....we are having a very quick 10 minute meeting tomorrow after school!
