Dear Band Members and Parents,
The lunch meal will consist of the sandwiches, fruit and water and will only be served to those on the meal plan.
The evening meal will be “Marching” tacos for the entire band. There will be NO cost for this meal. It is being sponsored by senior parents. If you do not want tacos and would prefer a sandwich please let me know what kind of sandwich you would like at email@example.com by Wednesday night so I plan to have enough bread.
We have been having a lot of questions from families on whether they signed up for the meal plan with Mrs. Loveland. The following people below have paid already as of today (Sept 16). If you are not on this list, you can bring $4 along this weekend or you can bring to school before Saturday. Remember if you are not on this list, you will need to be responsible for bringing sack lunch and dinner as there is little or no time to eat between events. Thanks!

Dear Band Parents,
The scavenger/band party on Friday will start promptly at 5:30pm. This is NOT an official school function but a long standing tradition of the band (attendance is obviously not mandatory...but its a great time and we encourage everyone to attend). Once again, the Kenkel's will be hosting the event at their home. Please see note from Diane Kenkel below:
Food will be served from 5:30-6:30 pm. The Scavenger hunt will start at 6:30 and go until 9:00pm. Scores will be tallied and dessert eaten from 9:00-9:30pm. We will hopefully have everyone home early to be ready for the big day on Saturday.
