Vermillion Itinerary

Dear Band Parents,

On Saturday, October 15th, we will be leaving for Vermillion, SD for the “Quad State” marching band competition. For many of these students, this will be their first experience marching indoors in a dome environment!

Listed below is an itinerary for the day:

9:15AM LOAD BUSES
9:45AM DEPART FOR VERMILLION
11:45AM EAT LUNCH IN VERMILLION
12:45PM UNLOAD EQUIPMENT AND GET INTO UNIFORMS
1:15PM REPORT TO AREAS
FRONTLINE TO TRAILER PARKING
WINDS/GUARD/BATTERY TO PARKING LOTS
2:05PM REPORT TO STAGING AREA
2:30PM PERFORMANCE
3:00PM PACK UP EQUIPMENT AND WATCH BANDS (EAT DINNER AT
STADIUM...WE WILL NOT BE STOPPING TO EAT AFTER)
*5:35PM AWARDS
*6:00PM DEPART FOR MITCHELL
*8:00PM ARRIVE IN MITCHELL

Orange City Itinerary

On Saturday, October 8th, the band will be traveling to Orange City, IA to compete in the Dutchmen Field Championships. Below is the itinerary for that weekend.
