The 2012 marching band schedule is now available to view/download. PLEASE GET THIS INFORMATION TO YOUR EMPLOYERS/PARENTS ASAP! If anyone has any conflicts, please fill out to the conflict form now. Attendance is vital to the success of our program.

MHS Jazz Band Members and Parents,

On Saturday April 14th, the jazz band will be traveling to the 2012 University of Minnesota Morris Jazz Festival in Morris, Minnesota. Included on this sheet is the information you need to know for our trip. Please be aware of our load/departure times and especially our warm-up and performance times.

Things you will need to bring with you (please check off that day):

_____ Instrument (Rhythm section is in charge of your own equipment)
_____ Black jazz folder with music
_____ Dress Clothes (we are trying to go with as much black as possible)
______ Money for two meals (lunch and dinner)

Make sure you have everything that you need for the performance before we leave Mitchell. Rhythm section is in charge of your own equipment (this includes loading, setting up, tear down, etc).

8:00AM DEPART FOR MORRIS
12:00PM ARRIVE IN MORRIS AND EAT
1:00PM ARRIVE AT UMM
1:30PM WARM-UP

5:30PM TRAVEL BACK TO MITCHELL
9:30PM APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL IN MITCHELL
